Did you know? 

It has been scientifically proven that looking at cute puppy pictures at work can actually help you focus. Japanese researchers proved that looking at puppy pictures improved efficiency at tasks that require a lot of focus. Due to the fact that puppy pictures obviously fill our minds positive emotions, the human mind tends to be more accurate and effective when in this state.

Did you know? 

You actually can lower your blood pressure by simply petting your puppy! Research has shown that talking to or petting your companion can reduce stress on the body, lower heart rates, and therefore lower blood pressure. This is known as the "pet effect". Just 1 more reason why dogs are such important creatures in this world.

The Italian Greyhound acquired the nickname  “the 40 mile per hour couch potato” from their LOVE of napping! Although they are known for their speed, they would much rather relax than race! They are the fastest breed out there but that doesn't mean catching Z's isn't more of a priority.

Did you know?

Dalmatian puppies are born completely white coated! After 3-4 weeks they start to develop their black spots. By 1 month of age, they have most of their spots but will continue to develop them slowly throughout their life. Their spots are typically black but can appear brown in colour.

The Panda Shepherd 

The Panda Shepherd is a piebald coloured German Shepherd. The interesting colour has occurred in a single German Shepherd Dog bloodline. They are primarily black and tan with 35% white. They are typically used as working dogs due to their personality. They are high energy, brave, alert and fearless. They also make amazing companions as they are extremely faithful dogs.

Did you know:  

The Shih Tzu's name means "Little Lion". Shih Tzu's were a common companion of the Buddhist monks, they believed people in the community witnessed the Shih Tzu transform into a full-size lion. The exact lion dog is presumed an ancestor of the Shih Tzu.
