CanadaI am genera happy with this product, and I have a standing order for 5-inch Bullwrinkles. My 2 dogs generally love them over all the other brands we have tried. My recent order seemed to have a slightly different style of product — they were the right length, but they were more cylindrical than ones we received in the past, and did not even look like the ones pictured in this request for a review... I even went online to check if we were perhaps delivered the wrong order, but I could not find anything like them, so I assumed this was a back-up supply. My dogs are not responding to the Bullwrinkles in this most recent order as enthusiastically as they have in the past, even rejecting the offer of one sometimes. I await my next delivery and hopefully they will be like the old ones again. That said, I had an issue accessing my account and the customer service was extremely helpful and prompt.
